We are not responsible to cover any foreign exchange conversion rates and fees agreed to between the card holder and the credit/debit card issuer.

ORDERS INFORMATION

Please contact us immediately with your name, order number and what you’d like to change. Once your order starts processing, we can’t make any changes.

In order to prevent any changes, please ensure a complete residential/business address including any apartment/unit number, city, state, country, postal code and mobile number at the time of your product order.

Cancellations not allowed after 12 hours or after orders are processed.

Once an order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process.

We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking information. You can also track your order status by login into your account.

Delivery time can take from 5 – 9 business days, some countries may take longer due to customs clearance.

For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.

Self Clearing Shipping to THE REST OF THE WORLD.

For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

This means all charges being applied to the package by customs for clearance (duties/taxes/vat charges) will be paid by the buyer/customer/recipient and we has no jurisdiction in this matter since Customs is their own entity in each country and can hold, reject or confiscate any package for examination as long as they choose to.

We will try to encourage the process to be expedited, however, we cannot control the length of time they may take. Follow your tracking number as it will advise the estimated time of arrival.

All orders are delivered by our authorized courier and requires a recipient signature on delivery. Should you, the customer, sign any authorized courier notice (door knocker), giving permission to leave the shipment at the front door, we will not be responsible in the event the shipment or part of it is missing or damaged. We will not be responsible for any non-collection of delivered products (Canada Post, DHL, FEDEX or any other couriers).

Please note that if the package is held for pick up at a location, it is a 5 business day hold. If the shipment is not collected within the time frame, it will be returned to our manufacturer where you will be charged the return shipping fees.

Self Clearing Countries Documents: If needed or requested by customs, we will send the commercial invoice to your email address after shipped.

All orders that are returned either to us or returned to the manufacturer will be subjected to the return shipping charges.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from ValueverStore.com specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
You may also log in to your account to track your shipment status.

SHIPPING ERROR

If the customer realizes that there is an error on the shipping information, he/she must contact us before the order is processed (within 12 hrs.) by phone, WhatsApp us or email to [email protected] and clarify the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for shipping details that are incorrectly supplied by the customer.

Redirecting charges apply.

Once a shipment leaves the plant with an incorrect address, there is a minimum ADMIN fee of $15 applies to all shipments that need to be redirected. Should a shipment be returned to the manufacturer it will automatically be considered UNDELIVERABLE until further investigations are done, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs related to re-route and re-ship of the package if applicable.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

We offers a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee on FOUNTAIN OF LIFE products for any reason except for taste to customers.

Damaged or broken Fountain of Life bottles received from us or manufacturer should be reported within 5 days of receiving the order. If the report is not received within the time frame the replacement will be VOID.

The customer may return the product to us or our manufacturer directly with the following:
1. Original packaging and shipping container(s)
2. Original proof of purchase
3. Fill out the Return Authorization Form (RAF)
4. The Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be written outside of the shipping box

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

ValueverStore.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without advance notice in the event a customer abuses the Refund/ Return policy.

DISCLAIMER

ValueverStore.com cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related delivery delays or seized products. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. By ordering from ValueverStore.com, you agree to our policies above.

ValueverStore.com also reserves the right to ship the order only to the BILLING ADDRESS.
